Ability to facilitate payment via monthly: the amount due out payment will be divided according to the time remaining before the arrival date.

Upon confirmation by the customer, an amount equal to min 30% is payable.

The balance may be divided by the number of months remaining before the arrival.

Each installment is payable no later than the 5th of each month and the last installment must reach a week before the day of arrival in riad, after the arrangements with the owner.
